More fun with Orbee Golf Balls

ORBEE! Thank you Planet Dog!

Orbee toys are GREAT! They are a toy we discovered on Rocco's favorite website http://www.littlebeasts.com/- it is a blog about two Boston Terriers and we both love to look at the picture of the week and check out the live Boston cam. Orbee toys are made by Planet Dog and there globe toy with a rope was rated 5 out of 5 "chompers". We were psyched when Target started to carry this great brand, even more so when they went on sale, but we had to get a rain check because they were all sold out. Dad was nice enough to go to another Target and get one because we just couldn't wait! Unfortunately

Rocco pulled the continents off the Orbee glow in the dark ball on the first day and then broke the rope on the second day. I wrote to Planet Dog because we were so disappointed- Rocco really enjoyed the Orbee toy but couldn't not play with what remained except for under close supervision in case it was a choking risk.

PLANET DOG TO THE RESCUE! I wrote to Planet Dog with what happened and they promptly sent not one, but two of their doggy golf balls. Rocco was so excited, of course he wanted both right away, but one is safely tucked away in his toy chest. Lots of excitement with the new Orbee products!...though Mom isn't too sure about the "minty" flavor.

New Threads....Getting Ready for Fall

Rocco got a new fleece hoodie today- he is getting ready for the cooler fall weather. It is a camouflage print hoodie and Mom ordered two iron-on patches from Ebay. The patch on the sleeve says "Strategic Homeland Intervention Enforcement Logistics Division", the government task force which includes Iron Man, Captain America, Hulk, and Thor (aka S.H.I.E.L.D.). On the back it says "Stark Industries" (the company owned by Tony Stark aka Iron Man of the Marvel Comics). Pretty sweet setup, it goes well with his camouflage collar with the Captain America shield tag. Rocco has inherited his Mom and Dad's love of comic book lore.
