Valentine's Day

The boys got yummy cookies shaped as hearts and "Xs" and "Os" for Valentine's Day from the Pawsmopolitan bakery (topped with yogurt frosting!)...meanwhile Mom and Dad had a good day filled with yummies in the form of lobsters, twice baked potatoes, fresh italian bread and stuffed quahogs. And Mom was really happy to put the gift certificate from Dad to good use on a new haircut! Then off we went (sans the boys) for some drinks and dancing at McFadden's in Providence, RI.

60 Degrees????? Wooooohoooo

Yesterday it was actually sixty degrees! Mom got out of work early (thanks to a cut in hours grrrr) so before it was off to babysitting we were off for a walk around the neighborhood. Aside from poor Rocco being bit in the face by an uncontrolable hairless rat eeerrrr I mean, Mexican hairless dog, it was a really nice time. (and Rocco was okay!)

8:00 pm- everyone but Mom is asleep and Dad is at basketball.

Dexter says, "Don't worry Grammy, I am taking good care of Grampy! I am an excellent snuggler!"

Brontosaurus Bones??

Rocco and Dex got to enjoy the "warm" (41 degrees) weather on the patio and a very special treat of marrow bones from the Hannaford's butcher! They weren't really that big...but to a Boston must have looked enormous! They got to enjoy these treats (fortunately without issue) for half an hour then away to the freezer they go for another day.

Canada Eh?

Rocco and Dexter have been getting all sorts of Valentine's goodies from MA, Georgia, Florida, New Jersey, California, Wisconsin...and today a package arrived all the way from Canada! Rocco and Dexter got goodies from their Valentine's Zoe, Piper, and Fenway. In the package were treats, a stuffed animal Boston terrier Valentine, and two chew bones for clean teeth in addition to a really nice Valentine's card.
