Rocco was my sidekick today while Dexter stayed home with his Daddy and Paul.
We went to check out Rocco's PHENOMENAL new home-based doggy daycare, Stone Dog Inn, in Norton. Then off to Pawsmopolitan for kibble and treats. And finally off to the future in-laws for a visit and bit of wedding planning.

Both the boys seemed pleased and tired from their days and crashed in the doggy bed and on the couch, respectively.

The blanket WAS folded neatly over the back of the chair, but Rocco likes to pull it down and bunch it up into a nest. Dex likes to curl up in the doggy bed next to the couch.

Rocco doesn't hide his displeasured at being bothered by the paparazzi while he's snoozing

Snow ball

Sorry no posts in a while. We've been non-stop busy with the holidays, birthday, open house, new trainer and gym routine...

Here are some pics I haven't posted and some new ones from Dexter determined to play fetch despite the lingering snow this afternoon.

My birthday cake from last weekend

If you have to "go" in the snow, take some advice from Rocco...

Photobucket
Dexter stayed on the cleared path but Rocco in his evil genius discovered not only is the snow shallower under a tree but then you have essentially an umbrella to give a guy some privacy to do his business

Rocco loves to run through the snow
Here he comes....

...there he goes...

Dexter being dainty with the snow, after about thirty seconds of snow he develops a pathetic little limp and insists on being carried or brought back inside
Photobucket
You can kinda see the "limp" here he's holding up his right rear leg, it's a jumping limp though from one foot to the other that heals miraculously when brought back inside
