We all spent the day in together after getting the gym and grocery shopping out of the way early

Carmalized pears and red onions, Warm Yukon Potatoes (w/ chives and a dressing of red-wine vinegar, minced shallot, dijon mustard, and e.v.o.o.) with Croque Monsieur (a French ham and cheese sandwich with Grueyere, Parmesan sauce topping and Grueyere, ham and Dijon mustard inside) yum yum
