On VACATION

So far, vacation has been slow but relaxing. The weather is not cooperating. Hoping for some better weather in the upcoming days and for the holiday weekend. The boys got nice walks on Monday and Tuesday and some nice lounging on the patio, but Wednesday and Thursday were a total loss to heavy rain and thunderstorms.

I've been doing a lot of cooking while on vacation :)

Sunday: Scallops and Bacon

Monday: Swordfish Kabobs

Tuesday: Organic Baked Chicken Drumsticks with Hummus/Cucumber Sandwiches on Pita Bread

Wednesday: Slow Cooked Country Style Pork Ribs

Thanks to Mom for all the help and advice along the way, everything has been MMMMMMmmm Delicious!
